• Prioritise by Risk: Active phishing, payment fraud, credential harvesting, and malware distribution are risk-scored and handled first, so the threats most likely to harm your customers are removed fastest.
• Execute the Takedown: We file coordinated complaints with the registrar and hosting provider using the appropriate legal instruments — DMCA notices, trademark/IP violation claims, phishing and malware abuse reports, or ICANN mechanisms such as URS/UDRP for domain disputes.

• A takedown is considered successful when the domain/URL is suspended, rendered inaccessible, or the malicious content is removed.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide brand ownership proof (domain WHOIS, trademark certificate, incorporation certificate) when required.
• Respond promptly with documentation needed during escalation.

Limitations

• Jurisdictions with weak cybercrime enforcement may result in extended timelines or partial takedown actions.
• Permanent suspension of a domain cannot be guaranteed, as final enforcement rests with registrars and hosting providers.
• Repeat offenders operating from newly registered domains may require ongoing monitoring rather than a one-time takedown.

Validity

• Pricing remains valid for one year from the date of onboarding the domain under GoDMARC's takedown coverage.
